How we use your data
The details we collect from you will be used to contact you in relation to your account with us, or if you have specifically requested to receive information from PWS Systems Cumbria Ltd, by providing your consent.
We use secure software, provided by 3rd party providers to manage your personal data. We have verified their privacy compliance in accordance with our own standards and the General Data Protection Regulation and have found those to be satisfactory. We may also store information on local office hard drives in accordance of the requirements of the SSAIB. Any such hard drive used for storage is secured in a locked location over night within our office premises and our premises is protected by a monitored intruder alarm system, access control system on the main door and a comprehensive CCTV system internally and externally to the premises.
Data we collect
Personal data we collect from you, can include names, addresses, email addresses, telephone numbers and potentially IP address. We use these to enable us to process your requests and contact you in relation to your enquiries and with regards to the ongoing service we provide to you.

Please be assured that your data is not shared with anyone else. We have also enhanced security of our network infrastructure to ensure the security of your details.
If you no longer wish for us to hold or process your details, you may request for them to be removed at any time and we will do so.
It is possible to ask for some details to be removed, rather than all. This can be done by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you decide to leave us, unless specified we will retain your details for 24 months in the event you wish to return. After that time your details will be deleted in a secure manner, unless laws which supersede GDPR require us to maintain these details for the amount of time specified by superseding laws.
