A single access control door can be as simple as a coded keypad adjacent to the door, where upon entering a valid code it would release an electric lock and unlock the door. A multiple door PC based system could comprise of users carrying keyfobs and only being able to access through certain doors and area of a building.
We recommend that all access control doors that we install are integrated with fire alarm system so doors release on a fire activation. This creates a safe pedestrian escape from a building. Roll call printouts are also available for PC based software access systems.
